  • I Forgot My Password, How Can I Reset It?

    Click the green Resident Portal button at the top right of the screen. It will direct you to a login page that has the option to reset your username or password on the right side of the screen.

  • How Do I Make an Online Payment?

    Click the green Resident Portal button at the top right of the screen. After you log in to your account, the right side of your screen will show your current balance owed and have a link to Make a Payment. Clicking that link will direct you to the Mutual of Omaha Bank website where you can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. Your account number and Association ID should populate in their payment form automatically for you. The Management Company ID will be 3002.

    You can make one-time or recurring payments via Credit Card or by E-check. Please note that additional convenience fees are charged by the bank for these payment options. While Excel staff is familiar with the Mutual of Omaha website and can assist to some extent, we do not have the capability to review or edit payments, so if you have issues during the payment process you should contact Mutual of Omaha support directly at 866-800-4656.

  • Where Is Your Office Located?

    Our office is located at 1916 K Ave Plano, Texas 75074. We are directly behind the American First National Bank which is visible from K Ave.

  • Where Can I View My Association’s Documents?

    Click the green Resident Portal button at the top right of the screen. Upon logging in, your association’s documents can be found under the Community tab and then the Documents option.

  • How Do I Contact My HOA?

    You can contact your HOA in a multitude of ways. Options include:

  • Where Can I Mail a Payment?

    Payment should be mailed to P.O. Box 62193 Phoenix, Arizona 85082-2193. Please be sure to include your account number in the check’s memo field.

  • How Can I Make an ACC Request?

    You can submit plans/specifications to Excel at help@excelam.com. Some associations have specific ACC request forms which need to be filled out, we’ll let you know if this is the case for your association. Alternatively, you can also fill out the Contact Us form within your Resident portal.
