BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Patrick Clark, PCAM, CMCA

Patrick Clark, President of Excel Association Management, Inc., has been managing community associations in the Dallas / Fort Worth area since 1986.

 

Prior to forming Excel Association Management, Inc. in 1991, Patrick served as Vice President of Association Management for a local real estate management firm starting in 1986.

 

Patrick is actively involved with the Dallas / Fort Worth chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is a past President. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the DFW Chapter and serves as a member of the Governmental Affairs Committee, and has served on the Membership and Directory Committees, along with being Chairman of the Community Associations Day Committee.

 

Patrick received the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from CAI in 1990. This designation honors managers who have achieved and can display an advanced degree of skill and knowledge in the planning, operation and management of condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations. Patrick received his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation in August of 1996.

 

Patrick graduated from The University of New Mexico in 1981 with a Bachelor of University Studies degree (concentration in Psychology and Sociology).

 

Barbara Clark, PCAM, CMCA

Barbara Clark, Community Manager, has been managing community associations in the Dallas Fort Worth area since 1991.

 

Prior to joining Excel Association Management, Inc., Barbara worked as a Branch Manager for a Rehabilitation Company.

 

Barbara received the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation in October 1999. Barbara received her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation in August of 1996.

 

Barbara is also active with the DFW Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and currently Chairs the Programming Committee.

 

Barbara graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science, in Nursing.

 

Jeremy Clark, PCAM, AMS, CMCA

Jeremy Clark, Community Manager, has been managing homeowners associations in the Dallas Fort Worth area since 1999.

 

Prior to joining Excel Association Management, Inc., Jeremy worked as a financial analyst with an investment bank in Dallas, TX.

 

Jeremy has received the following designations from the Community Association Institute:  Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).  Jeremy currently serves on the Trade Show Committee.

 

Jeremy graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1998 with degrees in Accounting and Finance.
