We work very hard to insure that our phone staff (community specialists) have the tools available to answer any homeowner question for any community.
However, each community also has special rules or processes that may require attention from their community-specific team.
Your community will have a manager, who is the board’s direct point of contact on all community-related issues and day-to-day operations; a community specialist, who supports the manager in handling homeowner contacts; and an Excel Director, who can assist on any high level issues/directives.
Excel’s team comes from diverse backgrounds with a strong customer service skills. New team members are provided professional training from the Community Association Institute as well as intensive and ongoing internal education that is always focused on prompt and professional customer service to ALL community stakeholders.
